The iDataLink Maestro RR is the essential interface module that allows modern aftermarket head units — including the SoundStream Reserve V2 and WHD14+ — to communicate properly with your Harley-Davidson’s factory systems. If you're upgrading the radio on a 2014–2023 Street Glide, Road Glide, Ultra, Electra Glide, or Tri-Glide, this module is required to ensure full functionality and correct CANBUS operation.

- Maestro RR2 — Adds Bluetooth update support via a smartphone app (not required on motorcycles but convenient).
For motorcycle use, the Maestro RR remains the standard and most commonly used option, especially when preconfigured by MAA before shipping.
Simple Programming & Setup
Before installation, the module must be “flashed” with the correct Harley-Davidson profile:
- Connect the Maestro RR to your computer via USB.
- Visit maestro.idatalink.com.
- Select your bike model and radio.
- Flash the module — it’s ready to go.
