Our workshop and dispatch location on Brisbane’s north side. We are not a retail showroom.

This is our registered business and dispatch location, where orders are prepared and shipped nationwide.

We do not operate a retail showroom and we cannot take walk-ins. Visits are strictly by appointment so every bike gets the attention it deserves.

What to tell us

The more you give us up front, the better the answer — and the fewer emails it takes to get there.

Orders & shippingChasing an order

  • Your full name
  • Order number, if you have one
  • Best contact number
  • A short description of what you need

For a parcel that has arrived damaged, send photos of the product, the internal packaging and the outer carton including the label — and keep all of it until we confirm what is needed.

System adviceAsking for a recommendation or quote

  • Bike year, make and model — for example, 2021 Road Glide Special
  • What is fitted now: head unit, speakers, amplifier, DSP
  • What you want to change: more volume, more clarity, more bass, or a full overhaul
  • How you ride: helmet or not, long trips, two-up, luggage you cannot give up
