How to make a warranty claim

Always contact us first before returning anything. Most claims start with a quick remote assessment — photos or video — which resolves the majority of issues without freight.

Email support@motorcycleaudio.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We'll advise the next step from there.

What most manufacturer warranties do not cover

  • Incorrect installation, wiring faults, or voltage/electrical issues from the motorcycle
  • Water or moisture damage where the product is not rated, or not properly sealed during installation
  • Physical damage, impact, accidents, or abuse
  • Unauthorised modification, repair, or tampering
  • Normal wear and tear

See the individual brand pages for brand-specific exclusions.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

In addition to manufacturer warranties, all products come with statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a fault is minor, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or compensation for reduction in value. These rights apply regardless of any manufacturer warranty terms.
