How do you upgrade the audio on a 2026 or newer Harley-Davidson trike?
For aftermarket amplification, the biggest change is the signal path, which the first question below explains. We keep the amplifier in the fairing where possible, and a bigger system may need another location, which we plan around your build.

Why does A2B matter when adding an amplifier?
Skyline OS uses an A2B digital audio network as part of the factory signal path. For a properly integrated aftermarket amplified system, a compatible A2B interface such as the NAV-TV ZEN-H or ZEN-H PRO converts that factory digital audio into analogue preamp outputs for the amplifier or DSP. This provides a cleaner and more controlled starting point than building the system around processed factory speaker-level outputs.
Do I need an A2B interface for a speaker-only upgrade?
No. An A2B interface is used when the aftermarket system needs access to the factory digital audio signal for additional amplification or signal processing. A speaker-only replacement that continues to use the factory amplification does not automatically require an A2B interface.
Do 2025 Tri Glide parts fit a 2026 trike?
Do not assume they do. The 2026 trikes use a redesigned platform with different fairings, speaker arrangements, mounting and Skyline OS audio integration. Some individual components may still cross over, but 2014–2025 Tri Glide Ultra fitment should not be used as the starting point for a 2026 build.
What is different about the 2026 Road Glide 3 audio system?
The 2026 Road Glide 3 is a two-speaker front-stage bike with its factory speakers in the sharknose fairing. It also moves to Skyline OS and A2B audio, so amplifier integration is different from the 2023–2025 Road Glide 3.
What is different about the Street Glide 3 Limited?
The 2026 Street Glide 3 Limited is the full-dress trike in the range, with factory speakers in the batwing fairing and Grand Tour-Pak. It uses Skyline OS and A2B audio, so its system design combines the newer digital integration path with a factory four-speaker layout.
What is different about the CVO Street Glide 3 Limited?
The CVO Street Glide 3 Limited starts from a significantly higher factory audio baseline. It has six factory speaker positions across the fairing, lower fairings and Grand Tour-Pak, together with factory Harley-Davidson Audio powered by Rockford Fosgate amplification. Any upgrade needs to account for the existing amplifier system, factory speaker layout and A2B signal path rather than treating it like a standard four-speaker trike.
Does the 2026 Road Glide 3 have rear speakers?
No. The 2026 Road Glide 3 has a factory two-speaker front stage in the fairing and no factory rear speaker position. The Street Glide 3 Limited and CVO Street Glide 3 Limited are the 2026 trikes with factory Grand Tour-Pak rear speakers.
