The Velocity RZ65H is a full-range 6.5 inch horn-loaded coaxial speaker rated at 300W power handling, engineered by American Hard Bag for maximum forward projection on Harley-Davidson Touring bikes. It combines a high-efficiency midrange cone with a horn-loaded tweeter, so a single driver gives you the clarity of a component set in fairings, lower fairings and Tour-Pak pods. Sold individually.
The RZ65H is the 6.5 inch horn coaxial in the Velocity range. For a saddlebag or 6x9 location, the Velocity RZ69H is the 6x9 version. For a separate mid and horn tweeter build, look at the OverDrive RZ65-OD component set.

A factory Boom! head unit amp will run it, but will not bring out the projection the horn is built for. Pair it with the two-channel RZA500.2 for a front stage, or the four-channel RZA1000.4 for a full front and rear system.

The driver pairs a high-efficiency lightweight composite midrange cone with an integrated horn-loaded HF driver. The lightweight cone responds quickly for strong vocals and mid-bass, while the horn loads the tweeter to project the top end forward. On the road: vocals and detail stay out in front of you instead of being lost to wind and exhaust at 100km/h.
The value of horn loading is directivity. A horn concentrates high-frequency energy in a controlled forward pattern rather than radiating it in all directions. On the road: more of the treble reaches your ears in an open cockpit, so the system sounds clear at speed without simply turning everything up.
