Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to pre-orders, back-orders, and special-order products sold by Motorcycle Audio Australia.

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

A pre-order or back-order means you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock or is scheduled to arrive at a future date.

Payment is taken at the time of order unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel a pre-order or back-order at any time before the item has shipped for a full refund.

Once the order has shipped, it is treated as a completed sale and can only be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Special-Order Products

Special-order products are items sourced, imported, or built specifically for you.

Once a special-order product has been placed with our supplier, the order cannot be cancelled unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes for pre-orders and special-order products are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer or freight delays. These delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation once an order has been placed with the supplier.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
