SounDigital Warranty
This page explains the manufacturer warranty for SounDigital products purchased from Motorcycle Audio Australia, how warranty claims are handled, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
All goods supplied by Motorcycle Audio Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue. Nothing on this page limits or replaces those statutory rights.

- Labour or service required to repair the equipment when a manufacturing defect is confirmed
- Repair or replacement (at SounDigital’s discretion) when a defect is confirmed
What is NOT covered
The SounDigital warranty does not apply if the product has been affected by any of the following:
- Misuse or abuse of the product
- Incorrect installation or failure to follow the user manual
- Servicing or repair by unauthorised personnel
- Altered or removed serial numbers or security seals
- Exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as moisture or humidity

How to make a warranty claim
Contact us first before returning anything. Warranty service must be initiated through an authorised dealer, and returns sent without approval may be refused.
Step 1 — Contact us
Email support@motorcycleaudio.com.au with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Product model and serial number
- A detailed description of the fault
- Photos or video showing the issue
Step 2 — Assessment & authorisation
We will assess your claim and, if appropriate, arrange warranty processing through the authorised repair process.
Step 3 — Repair or replacement
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced. Under the manufacturer warranty, compensation is limited to repair or replacement of the product (no cash compensation is provided).
Important notes
- If a return is required, it may need to be shipped freight-prepaid as part of the warranty process.
- Newer product revisions do not entitle older products to upgrades or modifications.
