This website is operated by Auto LED Group Pty Ltd (ABN 97 600 842 362), trading as Motorcycle Audio Australia. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Motorcycle Audio Australia. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. General Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence to use this site. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright or trademark laws. Any breach will result in immediate termination of access.

2. Our Store and Platform

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Shopify securely handles order processing, payments, and data protection in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure product details, specifications, pricing, and compatibility information are accurate; however, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel orders at any time without prior notice if inaccuracies are discovered. All information is provided for general reference—please verify product compatibility before installation.

4. Products and Services

• All products and services are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.
• Prices may change without notice. All prices include GST unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit quantities, or cancel transactions suspected of being fraudulent or intended for resale.
• Product images are for illustration only. Actual appearance may vary due to manufacturer updates or lighting conditions.
• Descriptions and specifications are subject to change as models are revised or replaced.

5. Orders, Payment & Billing Accuracy

By placing an order, you warrant that the information provided is complete and accurate. All payments must be received in full before goods are dispatched. Transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe violates brand MAP policies or reseller restrictions.

6. Consumer Guarantees & Returns

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major one.

7. Pre-Orders & Special Orders

Pre-order and special-order items are imported or manufactured specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once ordered unless required by law. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to supplier or shipping delays. Refunds are provided only for defective products or where required by the ACL.

8. Installation, Fitment & Electrical Responsibility

Motorcycle audio systems may require professional installation. You are responsible for confirming product fitment and compatibility before purchase. Incorrect installation, wiring faults, or modification voids change-of-mind eligibility and may affect warranty coverage. We recommend professional fitting by qualified technicians.

9. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools, videos, or resources over which we have no control. Your use of these resources is at your own risk and governed by the terms of the relevant third party. We are not responsible for their accuracy or security.

10. User Content & Feedback

If you submit reviews, media, or feedback (“Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content across our website, social channels, and marketing materials. You confirm that you own the rights to the Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, and bundle offers are valid only for the specified period and subject to availability. Minimum spend or product-specific conditions may apply. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time without notice.

12. Prohibited Uses

You must not misuse this website or its content, including but not limited to: transmitting malware, scraping data, sending spam, infringing intellectual property rights, or engaging in unlawful or abusive behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate your access if such activity occurs.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Except as required by the Australian Consumer Law, all products and services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto LED Group Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this Site or any products purchased.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto LED Group Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice if you breach these Terms. All obligations incurred before termination (including payment and indemnity) remain enforceable.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes shall be handled in the courts of Queensland. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
