Diameter alone does not prove fit, so use a speaker confirmed for your fairing rather than a generic 6.5 inch driver.
Should I choose 2Ω or 4Ω?
Match it to your amplifier. Bridging two channels into one speaker commonly needs a 4Ω load, and a 2Ω-stable amp makes more output into a 2Ω speaker per channel in stereo. Check the amplifier's minimum load.
