The Cicada Audio CRT2.0 is a 2.0-inch aluminium diaphragm replacement assembly for the RR2TM compression motor — 8Ω, high-temp voice coil. Sold individually.
The CRT2.0 is the field-replacement diaphragm for the RR2TM 2-inch ferrite compression motor. If the diaphragm is damaged in service, the CRT2.0 allows the motor to be rebuilt in the field without replacing the complete motor assembly — the diaphragm swaps out independently of the motor basket and magnet structure. The replacement diaphragm matches the original specification: 2.0-inch aluminium dome with high-temp voice coil wound at 8Ω.
