Cicada Audio 24FLXCXX-4X2RG – Level 2 Front Stage Kit for 2024+ Road Glide® (Zen-H Included)
The 24FLXCXX-4X2RG is the Level 2 front stage kit for 2024+ Harley-Davidson® Road Glide – and unlike the Level 1 kit, it includes everything you need to run. The 24HDZENHCAKIT bundles the NAV-TV Zen-H A2B interface and Cicada direct-connect harness in a single plug-and-play unit, solving the 2024+ A2B signal problem without a separate purchase. Paired with the FLX500.4 4-channel Class-D amplifier at 125W × 4 at 2Ω, CXX65.2 6.5″ 2Ω pro coaxial speakers in the front fairing, and the 24HDRO rear output harness for saddlebag pre-wiring, the 24FLXCXX-4X2RG is a complete front-stage solution out of the box.
The step up from the 24FLXCX-4X2RG (Level 1) is twofold: the CXX65.2 pro coaxial replaces the CX65.2 standard coaxial, and the 24HDZENHCAKIT A2B interface is included rather than sold separately. If you want A2B interface with onboard DSP for independent EQ and time alignment, the Zen-H Pro is available separately – the amplifier, speakers, and harness in this kit are fully compatible with it.
The 24FLXCXX-4X2RG is for the 2024+ Road Glide rider who wants a complete, ready-to-install amplified front stage without sourcing the A2B interface separately. The 24HDZENHCAKIT takes the guesswork out of the 2024+ signal path – it connects directly between the factory head unit's A2B output and the FLX500.4's input using a Cicada-specific harness, no additional wiring adapters required. The CXX65.2 is the Level 2 speaker upgrade – a pro coaxial with improved cone and tweeter construction over the Level 1 CX65.2. If you want DSP processing for the A2B conversion alongside this hardware, pair the kit's amplifier and speakers with the Zen-H Pro instead of the included Zen-H.
The 24HDZENHCAKIT included in this kit uses the NAV-TV Zen-H – the non-DSP A2B interface. It decodes the A2B bus and outputs clean analogue signal to the FLX500.4. If you want onboard DSP processing – independent EQ, crossover, and time alignment for each channel – the NAV-TV Zen-H Pro can be substituted. The amplifier, CXX65.2 speakers, and remaining hardware in this kit are fully compatible with either interface. Add the Zen-H Pro to your order and set the included 24HDZENHCAKIT aside, or discuss the upgrade with your installer.

The A2B interface is the 24HDZENHCAKIT – a bundle of the NAV-TV Zen-H 8-channel A2B decoder and a direct-connect harness engineered for Cicada Audio amplifiers on 2024+ Harley-Davidson Touring models. The Zen-H reads the A2B digital audio bus from the factory head unit and converts it to eight channels of analogue output. The Cicada-specific harness routes those analogue outputs directly to the FLX500.4's inputs without requiring additional adapters or signal-level matching. On the road: the 2024+ A2B signal path is not optional – every aftermarket amplifier install on these bikes needs an A2B decoder, and the 24HDZENHCAKIT is designed specifically for the Cicada FLX amplifier series.
The front speaker is the CXX65.2 – Cicada Audio's Level 2 6.5″ pro coaxial in 2Ω. The CXX series uses improved cone materials and tweeter construction over the entry-level CX series, with the same fairing-fit format and 2Ω impedance for direct pairing with the FLX500.4. On the road: the CXX65.2 maintains performance under the sustained high-output conditions of a sealed fairing at highway speeds – conditions that thermal and excursion stress entry-level coaxials over time.
The amplifier is the FLX500.4 – a 4-channel Class-D unit at 125W RMS per channel at 2Ω, mounted inside the inner fairing via the 24HDAR-RG. Four channels provide front stage output now and two spare channels for a rear stage later. On the road: compact Class-D form factor means the amplifier fits inside the fairing without structural modification to the fairing itself.
The 24HDRO rear output T-harness routes the saddlebag speaker outputs alongside the rest of the install, ready for future rear speakers. The HDPG8K provides 8 AWG power and ground cabling for the FLX500.4 at the 2014+ Harley-Davidson Touring charging system connection points.
Both are 6.5″ 2Ω coaxials designed for the Harley-Davidson front fairing. The CX65.2 (Level 1) is Cicada Audio's entry-level fairing coaxial – solid performance at the base of the range. The CXX65.2 (Level 2) uses improved cone and tweeter materials that handle higher sustained output levels and the thermal environment of a sealed fairing more comfortably over time. At 125W RMS per channel from the FLX500.4, the CXX65.2's improved construction is the appropriate match for the amplifier's output capability.

From the 2023.5 model year, Harley-Davidson moved audio signal routing onto a digital A2B (Automotive Audio Bus) network as part of the Skyline OS platform. This means there is no usable analogue signal accessible from the factory system – any signal tapped downstream has already been equalised and dynamically processed for OEM speakers, making it unsuitable as a clean source for an aftermarket amplifier or DSP.
The ZEN-H (and ZEN-H PRO) communicate directly with the factory digital bus and extract an unprocessed, full-range signal for the amplifier stage. On Skyline-equipped bikes, this interface is not optional – it is the foundation the rest of the system builds from. Read the full technical explanation →

Hi MMA team
I managed to do the install myself with a bit of help from Youtube and the plug and play was a bonus. I got to give it a good workout on a two day ride up the coast. I found it loud and clear over my 2 into 1 S&S with cam . My mates could hear it when passing each other on the freeway. Very happy with my choice and might go all out and add rear speakers since the wiring harness came with the kit.
Cheers Rod
