Consultation
It starts on paper, not in the workshop. We talk through your bike, how you ride, what you listen to and what you want the system to do. We also have a demo bike available, so you can hear what a properly built and tuned motorcycle audio system actually sounds like before committing.
If you are not sure what is already in your bike, we will pull the fairing and work it out. We do not charge for that.

System Design
We design the full system as a package — speakers, amplifiers, DSP, wiring and power — so every part works together. No mismatched components, no bottlenecks and no wasted spend. If a less expensive component performs better in your application, that is what we recommend. We would rather put the budget where it actually changes the result. We are also happy to work with the factory radio where it makes sense. A properly configured OEM head unit paired with a DSP can still deliver excellent results. Aftermarket head units offer more features, but they can add up quickly. If the factory source gets you where you need to be, we would rather invest the budget in the parts that most improve what you hear.

Installation
Proper mounting, clean wiring, solid grounding and careful integration with the platform of your bike all matter. Shortcuts here are one of the biggest causes of noise, reliability issues and premature failure. Where adaptor harnesses are available, that is what we use. We do not like cutting into factory harnesses unnecessarily. It keeps the install cleaner, makes future servicing easier and helps protect the value of the bike.
Every build is fully itemised. Labour, parts and tuning are quoted separately, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

DSP Tuning — On Every Build
DSP is not optional here. It is part of every build. You would not build a performance engine with quality parts and then skip the dyno tune. Audio is no different. Without DSP, you cannot properly control crossover points, phase behaviour or speaker protection. Depending on the application, we use either an amplifier with DSP built in or a standalone external DSP. We verify phase across every driver, check for cancellations, set time alignment, tune crossover points from actual response data and EQ the system so it works at speed — not just at idle in the bay.

Testing and Shakedown
Before handover, every build goes through a proper shakedown. The finished bike runs as our shop system for the day. We want it playing hard, for hours, in our hands. If something is going to fail, we want it to happen here — not 200 kilometres down the road.

Handover and Walkthrough
You get a full walkthrough of the system — what was done, why it was done and how to get the best out of it without pushing it beyond its limits. The final tune is done with your phone connected to your bike, not ours. Different devices output differently, and the system should be dialled in around what you will actually use on the road.
