5.25″ to 6.5″ Fairing Speaker Adapter – Harley-Davidson® 1998–2013
The AHB Fairing Speaker Adapter allows you to upgrade the factory 5.25″ speakers on your 1998–2013 Harley-Davidson Touring model to modern, high-performance 6.5″ speakers. This adapter is a must-have for riders looking to dramatically improve clarity, output and midbass response while keeping the stock fairing structure intact.
Made from rigid, non-resonant polymer, the adapter provides a stable mounting surface and ensures proper alignment for aftermarket 6.5″ speakers from Hertz, Velocity, Cicada, Hogtunes and more.
Key Features
- Converts OEM 5.25″ fairing openings to accept full-size 6.5″ speakers.
- Direct fit for 1998–2013 Harley fairings – no cutting required.
- Rigid mounting structure reduces vibration and improves speaker accuracy.
- Compatible with all major 6.5″ speakers including deep-mount and high-power options.
- Improves sound quality with significantly larger cone area and better power handling.
- Sold as a pair for left and right fairing speaker locations.
Why It Works on Harleys
- Stock 5.25″ speakers are severely limited in output and low-frequency performance.
- Upgrading to 6.5″ drivers delivers a dramatic improvement in volume and midbass.
- Strong adapter construction eliminates resonance at higher volume levels.
- Perfect for modern amplifier-powered systems needing a proper mounting solution.
