The CBG65FR is the raw-ring version of the CBG65F – same CNC-machined aluminium construction and flush-mount profile, but with the rings supplied in raw aluminium rather than powder-coated black. The correct choice for builds where the grille ring needs to be colour-matched, anodised, or finished to a custom spec. The interchangeable insert system ships with both solid and horn cut-out inserts in black powder coat, and the raw rings require no surface preparation before painting.

What's Inside the CBG65FR
Each grille is two parts: a CNC-machined aluminium ring, and an insert that drops into it. The rings are supplied raw rather than powder-coated, which is the point of this version, and raw aluminium takes paint, anodising or a custom coating without surface preparation first. On the road: the ring can be finished to the bike's colour rather than sitting on the bike as a black part that does not match.
Two black powder-coated inserts come with every pair: a solid one for a closed face, and a horn cut-out for horn-loaded tweeter configurations. The profile is flush-mount, so the assembly sits low against the mounting surface. On the road: the look changes by swapping an insert rather than by buying a second set of grilles.
