The Cicada 14HD Saddlebag Foundation Bundle combines the three parts you need to install high-output mid-bass speakers correctly in 2014 to 2023 Harley-Davidson® Touring saddlebags: the 14HDRING10 heavy-duty mounting ring for 8 and 10 inch drivers, the 14HDRINGT cutting and drilling template, and the HDPORT3 3 inch saddlebag port. Together they give you correct speaker mounting, accurate cutting and proper airflow from the start. 2-year Cicada warranty.

The 14HDRING10 is a heavy-duty ring that carries an 8 or 10 inch driver with the rigidity and spacing a saddlebag needs. The 14HDRINGT template set fixes accurate speaker, brace and port placement for 2014 to 2023 bags. The HDPORT3 3 inch port tunes airflow so the mid-bass driver operates correctly. In practice: the three parts turn a saddlebag into a properly built mid-bass enclosure rather than a speaker cut into a bag. On the road: the mounting ring is what stops a heavy mid-bass driver working against a flexing bag panel, so the low end stays tight instead of turning into rattle.
