The Cicada Audio 14HDLID69 is a fully assembled 6×9-inch saddlebag lid speaker kit for 2014–2023 Harley-Davidson Touring models – Vivid Black finish, custom-moulded high-grade ABS, pre-cut speaker openings for Cicada Audio® 6×9-inch speakers, with pre-cut damping panels, rear Molex® harness, lid hinges, and stainless steel hardware all included. Sold as a pair. Speakers sold separately.
Adding proper 6×9-inch rear speakers to a 2014–2023 H-D Touring model means either cutting the factory lids or replacing them with purpose-built alternatives. The 14HDLID69 is the latter – complete Vivid Black saddlebag lids with 6×9-inch speaker openings pre-cut, damping panels already installed, and every piece of hardware needed for a finished install in the box. Everything in the box for a finished install – pre-cut damping panels, rear Molex output harness (HDRoM), custom lid hinges (CHDJS), gaskets, and stainless hardware included. On the road: the harness, hinges, gaskets and hardware come in the box with the lids, so the rear stage goes on complete rather than half-finished.
Pre-damped for improved sound quality – precision-cut damping panels are already installed in the lid panels; no additional damping required. On the road: the damping is already in the lid panels, so the lid itself adds less of its own resonance to what you hear at volume.
