The Cicada Audio 14HDRING10 is a complete 10-inch mid-bass/woofer saddlebag mounting kit for 2014–2023 Harley-Davidson Touring models – includes cut-in mounting rings, ABS moulded grilles with powder-coated metal grille inserts, form-fitted rubber moulded gaskets, a painted stainless steel stabilising brace, a pre-cut aluminium-backed damping mat, and stainless steel hardware. Requires the 14HDRINGT template kit (sold separately). HDPORT3 3-inch port recommended (sold separately).
Installing a 10-inch pro mid-bass driver in a factory 2014–2023 H-D Touring saddlebag requires more than a cut-in ring – the bag needs structural reinforcement to handle the load, a proper seal at the speaker interface, and damping to control resonance. The 14HDRING10 addresses all of this in a single kit: the stainless steel stabilising brace prevents panel flex under high-output conditions, the rubber moulded gaskets seal the speaker-to-bag interface, and the aluminium-backed damping mat controls vibration from the saddlebag structure. The ABS moulded grilles with powder-coated metal inserts protect the driver and finish the install cleanly.

Builders installing Cicada Audio® CMB8.S4 or CMB10.S4 pro mid-bass drivers in 2014–2023 H-D Touring saddlebags. The 14HDRING10 requires the 14HDRINGT template kit for cutout and brace alignment – both must be purchased to complete the install. Adding the HDPORT3 3-inch port is strongly recommended for tuning the enclosure. What's Inside the 14HDRING10
The kit is the structure around the driver rather than the driver itself: a pair of cut-in mounting rings, a painted stainless steel stabilising brace against panel flex under high-output conditions, form-fitted rubber moulded gaskets at the speaker-to-bag interface, and a pre-cut aluminium-backed damping mat for the vibration the saddlebag structure adds. On the road: the brace holds the bag panel steady and the gaskets seal the driver to the bag, so the mid-bass output stays where you set it when the system is pushed.
Outside the bag, ABS moulded grilles with powder-coated metal inserts cover the cutout, and the hardware is stainless steel. On the road: the driver sits behind a moulded grille rather than open at the bag panel, so the cut-in is protected and finished from the outside.
