What's Inside the C65G
A grille has two jobs that pull against each other: keeping debris and incidental contact off the cone, and staying out of the way of the air the cone is moving. The C65G is tooled to the dimensions of the Cicada Audio 6.5-inch range, so clearance over the driver is correct without trimming or adapters, and the open area leaves airflow and output alone. On the road: the cone is covered against road debris while the speaker plays as it would uncovered.
The pair suits fairing, saddlebag and custom 6.5-inch positions. On the road: one grille part covers the front and bag positions on the same build.
