Modern Infotainment for Early Street Glides
The SoundStream WHD.SG is a purpose-built plug-and-play multimedia head unit upgrade for 1998–2013 Harley-Davidson® Street Glide models. It brings Wireless Apple CarPlay®, Wireless Android Auto™, a bright 7-inch QLCD touchscreen and proper audio tuning to early batwing Touring bikes, all in a chassis that reuses your OEM hardware and antenna.
If you want CarPlay and Android Auto without cutting the fairing or splicing the harness, the WHD.SG gives your Street Glide the modern functionality it was missing — while keeping the classic look intact.
Headset use is not supported. The WHD.SG does not support wired or wireless helmet headsets or comms. If you require integrated headset audio, consider the SoundStream SG.V2.

7-Inch QLCD Touchscreen
The WHD.SG uses a 7-inch optically bonded QLCD display with enhanced daylight visibility. Capacitive touch + RGB illumination ensures a bright, responsive interface that stays visible in Australian sunlight.
SiriusXM® Ready (Not Available in Australia)
The WHD.SG supports the SXV300 tuner (sold separately) for SiriusXM® in supported countries.
Note: SiriusXM is not available in Australia, but useful for international bikes.
Built for Motorcycle Use — IPx5 Water Resistance
Designed specifically for motorcycle environments, the WHD.SG includes an IPx5 water-resistant faceplate, silicone gaskets and vibration-resistant internals — built to withstand rain, road grime and washdowns.
Plug-and-Play Installation for Street Glide
Fits directly into the batwing fairing of 1998–2013 Street Glide models.
- Retains OEM mounting hardware — no brackets needed

Note: The WHD.SG will not activate OEM Boom! amplifiers. If your bike uses Boom! amps, an aftermarket amplifier is required.
Audio Performance & System Expansion
Built-In 200W 4-Channel Amplifier
The WHD.SG includes a 200W peak 4-channel Class A/B amplifier (2-ohm stable), providing strong output for upgraded speakers without requiring an external amp immediately.
5V RCA Outputs & Active Crossovers
Perfect for serious audio builds:
- 5V RCA outputs for front, rear and subwoofer amplifiers
- 13-band digital EQ with presets and user curves
- High-pass crossovers for front and rear channels
- Low-pass + subsonic crossovers for subwoofer output
Camera Input
A video camera RCA input with 12V trigger allows easy integration of a rear or parking camera, improving manoeuvring and visibility.
Some 1998–2013 Street Glide and Ultra CVO models have MTX speakers/amplifiers or no factory amplifier. These bikes are generally plug-and-play compatible with the WHD.SG.
More commonly, CVO Street Glide and Ultra models used a Harman/Kardon amplifier under the Tour-Pak. These amps cannot be retained and require amplifier replacement and rewiring when upgrading to the WHD.SG.

Change-of-mind returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused, unopened products in original sealed packaging. Restocking fees apply (20–30%). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
