The Wild Boar WBS 1694 is a 6x9, 4 ohm, two-way component speaker system engineered specifically for Hogtunes HT LID-RM saddlebag lids. It pairs 300W carbon-fibre woofers with 1.25 inch weather-resistant soft-dome tweeters and passive crossovers that bolt to the underside of the lid using factory hardware. The whole kit installs 100 percent plug-and-play with no wire cutting. 5-year speaker warranty.
These are a component system, not a coaxial: separate woofer, tweeter and crossover for cleaner staging in the saddlebag. They are the matched rear speakers used in the Wild Boar BIG-PIG-RG complete system.

The WBS 1694 is engineered specifically for Hogtunes HT LID-RM saddlebag lids. It is not compatible with OEM Harley lids or non-Hogtunes aftermarket lids. It also rewards a proper amplifier: running it on factory radio power will significantly limit output, so drive it with an aftermarket amp such as a SounDigital EVO PS 800.4. Confirm you are running HT LID-RM lids before ordering.

Inside the WBS 1694
The woofers use carbon-fibre cones on large, multi-vent-cooled magnet structures. Carbon fibre is stiff and light for clean midbass, and the vented motor sheds heat so the speaker holds up to sustained power. On the road: the rear stage keeps its midbass punch on a long, loud run rather than compressing as the voice coils heat.
The 1.25 inch weather-resistant soft-dome tweeters and passive crossovers handle the top end. A soft dome gives smooth, non-fatiguing highs, and the studio-grade crossover splits the signal cleanly between woofer and tweeter. On the road: highs stay clear and smooth at speed instead of getting harsh as you turn it up.
