Road Glide 3 & Trike Audio

Road Glide 3 and Trike Touring Audio

Harley trikes and the Road Glide 3 need audio chosen for their specific vehicle and year, because they differ from the two-wheel Touring bikes and span changing infotainment generations. Fitment depends on the exact model, year and factory radio, so treat these as three separate platforms and confirm your bike before choosing.

Tri Glide Ultra

Faired with batwing front fairing speakers and rear speakers in pods beside the passenger area. Confirm the Boom! Box generation and whether the bike has a factory amplifier before choosing an upgrade.

Road Glide 3

Uses the Road Glide fairing with year-specific rear audio. The 2023 to 2025 Road Glide 3 uses Boom! Box GTS. The 2026 Road Glide 3 moved to Skyline OS, which changes the interface required for aftermarket amplification: a 2026 Skyline Road Glide 3 normally uses a compatible A2B interface when bypassing the factory amplification, while an earlier one integrates as a Boom! Box bike. Confirm the year and factory radio.

Freewheeler

Unfaired with an integrated rear body. It has no factory fairing speaker location, so it generally needs a custom handlebar, rear-body or enclosure-based solution.

What You Need Before Ordering

  • Confirm the platform: Tri Glide Ultra, Road Glide 3 or Freewheeler, each fits differently.
  • Confirm the year and factory radio: the 2023 to 2025 Road Glide 3 uses Boom! Box GTS and the 2026 moved to Skyline OS, which changes the interface needed.
  • A2B interface for Skyline: a Skyline model needs a compatible A2B interface for an amplified build.
  • Enclosure options: mid-bass and subwoofer enclosures where the body allows a custom install.
  • Tell us your bike: exact model, year and current audio, and we will match the right solution.

FAQ

Is a trike the same as a two-wheel Touring bike for audio?

No. The fairing, body and factory radio differ, so the speaker positions and fitment differ. Confirm your exact model and year before choosing.

What is the difference between a Tri Glide and a Freewheeler?

The Tri Glide Ultra is faired with batwing front speakers and rear pod speakers. The Freewheeler is unfaired with an integrated rear body, so it has no factory fairing speaker location and generally needs a custom or enclosure-based solution.

Does a Road Glide 3 need an A2B interface?

The 2023 to 2025 Road Glide 3 uses Boom! Box GTS and integrates as a Boom! Box bike. The 2026 Road Glide 3 moved to Skyline OS and normally uses a compatible A2B interface when bypassing the factory amplification. Confirm the year.
