Rigid twin 8 inch woofer mounts for a high-output Harley saddlebag midbass build
The Aggressor Pro 880 mounts a pair of 8 inch full-range or midbass woofers inside a single Harley-Davidson® saddlebag, so each bag can run dual 8 inch drivers. Engineered by American Hard Bag from rigid, precision-moulded composite, it is the mounting foundation for extreme-output bagger midbass. Available as Left, Right, or Left and Right as a pair.
This is a mounting system, not a speaker. It turns a saddlebag into a dual 8 inch midbass enclosure for a serious SPL or high-output street build.
Who This Is For
You are building a high-output or competition-style bagger and want maximum saddlebag midbass by running two 8 inch drivers per bag. The Aggressor Pro 880 holds them rigidly and seals them to the bag. Fit it with 8 inch pro-audio drivers such as the Cicada CMB8-S4 mid-bass, and drive them with a strong amplifier like the SounDigital EVO PS 2000.4. For a single 8 inch per bag, a simpler lid adapter is the lighter path.
What This Is Best For
- Dual 8 inch woofers per bag. Two 8 inch drivers per saddlebag is a large jump in cone area and output, which is what an extreme midbass build needs.
- Tight, flex-free midbass. The rigid composite mount eliminates the flex that muddies midbass and causes distortion at high volume.
- Pro-audio driver airflow. The high-volume design suits full-range 8 inch pro drivers that need room to breathe.
- Left, right or pair. Order one side, the other, or both, so the mount matches your build and budget.
Plan the power, sealing and variant
Dual 8 inch drivers per bag demand real amplifier power and a properly sealed enclosure to perform, so plan a high-current amp and charging system and seal the bag around the mounts. Choose the variant to match your build: Left (IP-AP880-L), Right (IP-AP880-R), or the Left and Right pair (IP-AP880-LR). Speakers and amplifier are not included. Why rigidity matters for midbass
Midbass energy is high, and a flexing mount wastes it and adds distortion. The rigid, injection-moulded composite mount holds two 8 inch drivers dead still so their output goes into the air, not into panel movement.
