The mid-bass cone is Carbon Matrix Composite™ (CMC™) — lightweight, rigid, and thermally stable. The 2.0-inch / 51mm Black Coat™ OFC copper voice coil handles sustained 250W RMS. The OFC copper shorting ring in the motor gap reduces inductance modulation distortion. The 4Ω impedance adds thermal headroom to both driver and amplifier while delivering the same 94 dB sensitivity and 70 Hz – 10 kHz range. On the road: the same mid-bass character and rear fill as the 24CXK69.2 from the 2024+ saddlebag position, with the amplifier running cooler on the rear channels.
The tweeter is the same 1.0-inch shallow ring radiator horn at 101 dB with field-replaceable diaphragm and aluminium die-cast backplate. The 12 dB passive crossover at 7 kHz handles the signal split. 2024+ Harley Touring saddlebag-specific mounting hardware is included.
