Direct-fit wiring harness for 2024+ Harley Touring A2B builds — connects NAV-TV ZEN-H to Cicada Audio amplifiers, plug-and-play, no cutting
The 24HDNAVTVA2B is the purpose-built connection harness between the NAV-TV ZEN-H (or ZEN-H PRO) A2B interface and Cicada Audio® amplifiers. Correctly pinned Molex® connectors at both ends, automotive-grade wiring and braided loom, plug-and-play fit — no cutting, no splicing, no depinning, no modifications to the ZEN-H or factory harness required.
On 2024+ Harley-Davidson® Touring models, the factory audio system runs on the A2B digital bus — which means the analog pre-amp signal that traditional amplifiers need doesn't exist on the factory wiring. The NAV-TV ZEN-H extracts a clean analog signal from that bus, but it outputs through a specific Molex® connector that doesn't match standard amp inputs. The 24HDNAVTVA2B is the correct bridge: pinned specifically for the ZEN-H output on one end and Cicada Audio® amplifier inputs on the other. If you're running a ZEN-H and a Cicada amp on a 2024+ Touring bike, this is the harness you need.
Who This Is For
Builders fitting Cicada Audio® amplifiers to 2024+ Harley-Davidson® Touring models using the NAV-TV ZEN-H or ZEN-H PRO as their A2B interface. The 24HDNAVTVA2B is sold separately from the interface — if you want the ZEN-H and this harness together in one purchase, see the 24HDZENHCAKIT bundle. If your build uses the Volunteer Audio® SEIREN® interface instead of the ZEN-H, see the CHDVAA2B — that harness is pinned for the SEIREN output and is not interchangeable with this one.
What This Is Best For
- Correct ZEN-H to Cicada amp connection — pinned specifically for the NAV-TV ZEN-H and ZEN-H PRO A2B output connector and Cicada Audio® amplifier inputs. No adapters, no depinning, no guessing at pin assignments.
- Zero factory harness modification — automotive-grade Molex® positive-locking connectors at both ends mean the ZEN-H and amplifier connect directly. The factory Harley harness is never touched. If you need to remove the system later, unplug and go.
- Long-term vibration resistance — positive-locking Molex® connectors won't back out from road vibration, and the braided loom protects the wiring from abrasion in tight routing paths inside fairings and saddlebag cavities.
- Fast installation — plug-and-play at both ends means the harness goes in quickly. No stripping, no crimping, no voltage-matching resistors or signal adapters required.
ZEN-H or SEIREN® — which harness do you need?
The 24HDNAVTVA2B is pinned for the NAV-TV ZEN-H / ZEN-H PRO A2B interface output. If your build uses the Volunteer Audio® SEIREN® interface instead, the output connector is different — you need the CHDVAA2B instead. The two harnesses are not interchangeable. If you're not sure which interface you have, check the part number on the black box connected to the A2B bus before ordering.
The Bottom Line
The 24HDNAVTVA2B does one thing: correctly connects the NAV-TV ZEN-H or ZEN-H PRO to Cicada Audio® amplifiers on 2024+ Harley-Davidson® Touring bikes. Correct pinning, plug-and-play, no modifications required. For the ZEN-H interface and this harness together, see the 24HDZENHCAKIT bundle. For SEIREN® builds, see the CHDVAA2B. Add to cart above.
What's Inside the 24HDNAVTVA2B
The connectors are Molex® positive-locking, pinned to match the NAV-TV ZEN-H output on one end and Cicada Audio® amplifier inputs on the other. Molex® positive-locking means the connector physically latches — it cannot back out from vibration without being manually released. On the road: no audio dropout or intermittent signal loss from road vibration, even on long highway runs or rough surfaces.
The wiring is automotive-grade with braided loom covering the full harness length. Automotive-grade wiring is rated for the temperature cycling, vibration, and moisture exposure of a vehicle environment — not just bench conditions. The braided loom adds abrasion protection for routing through tight paths inside fairings and under saddlebag cavities. On the road: the harness survives heat soak from the engine bay, road spray, and years of vibration without insulation cracking or chafing through to bare wire.
Why a Dedicated Harness for the ZEN-H
The NAV-TV ZEN-H outputs analog audio through a specific Molex® connector that is not the same as a standard RCA or factory amp connector. Without the 24HDNAVTVA2B, your options are to depin and modify the ZEN-H output — which risks damaging the interface and voids support — or to splice into the wiring, which introduces noise and failure points. The 24HDNAVTVA2B eliminates both risks. It is manufactured to the correct pin assignment so the ZEN-H and Cicada amp connect directly, exactly as they are, without any modification to either component.
