Amplified fairing and Tour-Pak® sound for the 2014 and newer Ultra
This Rockford Fosgate kit is a 4-speaker, 400-watt audio system purpose built for select 2014+ Harley-Davidson® Road Glide® Ultra and Electra Glide® Ultra Classic® models. It includes two pairs of TMS65 6.5 inch speakers, one for the fairing and one for the Tour-Pak, a TM400X4ad Power Marine 400 watt Class-AD 4-channel amplifier and the RFK-HD14 wiring kit. The factory Harley-Davidson radio must be flashed to use this kit.
This is the front and rear stage for a touring bike that keeps its factory head unit. Two amplifier channels run the fairing and two run the rear Tour-Pak, and the kit bolts to factory attachment points with no drilling or cutting.
Who This Is For
You ride a 2014 or newer Ultra, Tri Glide® or CVO™ touring model with a Tour-Pak, the factory speakers have gone flat, and you want the passenger to hear the same system the rider does. If your bike is a Road Glide or Street Glide® without a Tour-Pak, the Road Glide and Street Glide four-speaker and amplifier kit is the matching part. The 6.5 inch Power speaker and the RFK-HD14 wiring kit are also sold separately.
What This Is Best For
- Front and rear sound the passenger can hear. Two channels drive the 6.5 inch fairing pair and two drive the 6.5 inch Tour-Pak pair, so the rear seat gets its own amplified speakers.
- Keeping the factory radio. The system runs from the flashed factory head unit, with the T-harness integrating into the electrical system for front and rear fading capability.
- Volume that holds up at highway speed. Both speaker pairs are frequency-response tuned to overcome wind, exhaust and road noise up to 75 mph (120 km/h).
- A bolt-in install with no cutting. Direct connect wiring harnesses for Harley-Davidson models, factory attachment points, and an install kit with heat-sink, brackets, wiring and hardware.
- Room to grow. Y-adaptors in the install kit support expansion of lower fairing, saddlebag or Tour-Pak speakers, and the T-harness has a loop-thru for an optional DSR1 processor, sold separately.
Your radio has to be flashed first
The factory Harley-Davidson radio must be flashed to use this kit, and front and rear fader control requires the "Rockford Fosgate 2014+ All Bikes" flash. Check your model against the fitment table below, as the listed years differ between the Ultra, Tri Glide and CVO variants. If you are not sure whether your radio has been flashed, tell us the model and year and we will check it for you.
What is in the kit
The TMS65 speakers are 6.5 inch two-way Element Ready™ drivers with an integrated phase-aligned 25 mm tweeter, supplied as a fairing pair and a Tour-Pak pair. The TM400X4ad amplifier is a Power Marine 400 watt Class-AD 4-channel unit, running two channels forward and two to the rear. The RFK-HD14 wiring kit is the 2014+ Road Glide and Street Glide amplifier wiring kit, with an external heat-sink, mounting brackets, speaker and power wiring, Y-adaptors and all necessary hardware, plus the T-harness that gives front and rear fading and a loop-thru for a DSR1. On the road: two channels go forward and two go to the Tour-Pak, so the passenger behind you gets an amplified pair of their own rather than what drifts back from the fairing.
