NAV-TV ZEN-H 8-Channel A2B Audio Interface for 2023.5+ Harley-Davidson Touring
NAV-TV ZEN-H — 8-Channel A2B to Analog Audio Interface for 2023.5+ Harley-Davidson Touring Models
The correct way to add aftermarket amplifiers to modern Harley-Davidson A2B audio systems.
The NAV-TV ZEN-H is an 8-channel A2B to analog pre-amp interface designed specifically for 2023.5+ Harley-Davidson Touring models equipped with the Skyline / A2B audio platform. It replaces the factory amplifier and extracts a clean, flat, unprocessed audio signal directly from the bike’s digital A2B bus — before factory EQ and processing are applied.
On modern Harleys, the factory radio sends digital audio to the OEM amplifier, where heavy EQ and processing are baked in. Tapping the signal after the factory amp forces installers to undo that processing before tuning can even begin. The ZEN-H solves this properly by delivering eight channels of flat, full-range analog RCA output, giving you a clean foundation for aftermarket amplifiers or DSP-based systems.
This is the same concept used in high-end automotive interfaces — now purpose-built for Harley-Davidson Touring bikes.
What the ZEN-H Does
- Converts Harley-Davidson A2B digital audio to analog: Extracts signal before factory processing is applied.
- Provides 8-channel RCA pre-amp output: Clean, flat signal ready for aftermarket amplifiers or DSPs.
- Replaces the factory amplifier: Installs in the OEM amp location using a plug-and-play harness.
- Retains OEM functionality: Volume control, balance, fade, sub control, EQ presets, phone audio and prompts remain intact.
- No cutting or splicing: Fully plug-and-play installation.
ZEN-H vs ZEN-H PRO — Which One Do You Need?
| Feature | ZEN-H | ZEN-H PRO |
|---|---|---|
| Analog Outputs | 8 × RCA | 8 × RCA |
| Signal Type | Flat, unprocessed | Flat, unprocessed |
| Integrated DSP | No (external DSP or DSP amp required) | Yes — 8-channel DSP built in |
| Best For | DSP-equipped amplifiers or external DSP systems | Compact builds where space and wiring must be minimised |
| System Complexity | Moderate | Lower (fewer external modules) |
In short: Choose ZEN-H if you are running an amplifier with built-in DSP or an external DSP. Choose ZEN-H PRO if you want an all-in-one interface with DSP built directly into the module.
