Complete Level 3 PRO system for Harley Ultra and Tour-Pak builds — FLX700.4PRO DSP amplifier, CH65.2C horn coaxials, CXX65.4 Tour-Pak lid speakers, HDTSLINKv2 T-harness
The Cicada Audio 14FLXPCHCXX-4X4U is the top-level complete audio upgrade for 2014–2023 Harley-Davidson® Touring models with a Tour-Pak — Electra Glide Ultra, Ultra Limited, and any Touring model fitted with a Tour-Pak. Built around the FLX700.4PRO 4-channel DSP amplifier, 2Ω CH65.2C horn coaxial speakers in the fairing, CXX65.4 4Ω Pro Coaxials in the Tour-Pak lid, and the HDTSLINKv2 T-harness with Maestro AR compatibility. The integrated DSP processor allows independent tuning of output level, EQ, and crossover for each position. Select Road Glide or Street Glide at checkout.
The 14FLXPCHCXX-4X4U sits above the 14FLXCXX-4X4U in the Ultra/Tour-Pak range. The step up is the front speaker — horn coaxial rather than standard Pro Coaxial — and the amplifier, which adds an integrated DSP processor. The rear Tour-Pak position uses the same CXX65.4 4Ω Pro Coaxial driver as the Level 2 kit. If Tour-Pak is not your configuration, see the bagger range starting with the 14FLXCXX-4X4.
Who This Is For
Riders on 2014–2023 Harley-Davidson® Touring models with a Tour-Pak who want the maximum output and tuning capability from a complete bolt-in kit. The 14FLXPCHCXX-4X4U is the correct choice when the build calls for horn coaxial projection at the fairing, DSP control over the amplified system, and Tour-Pak rear fill — all from a single kit. For Tour-Pak builds without DSP requirements, see the 14FLXCXX-4X4U. For standard bagger configurations, see the 14FLXCXX-4X4.
What This Is Best For
- CH65.2C horn coaxials — front fairing projection at 2Ω — the CH65.2C uses a horn-loaded tweeter rather than a dome, directing high-frequency energy forward into the rider's listening position rather than dispersing it. The horn design is more efficient at projecting the treble range — vocals, cymbals, upper midrange — through the fairing and into the wind. At 2Ω these run at the FLX700.4PRO's rated 175W per channel.
- FLX700.4PRO with integrated DSP — tune the system to your build — the FLX700.4PRO adds a full DSP processor to the amplifier. Independent control over output level, EQ curve, and crossover frequency for each channel pair — set the front stage and Tour-Pak fill independently, compensate for the difference in rear enclosure volume, and dial in the system for your riding style. At 175W × 4 into 2Ω, headroom above the CH65.2C is generous.
- CXX65.4 Tour-Pak lid rear stage — 4Ω Pro Coaxial fill — the CXX65.4 brings CXX Pro Coaxial architecture — carbon matrix cone, high-sensitivity voice coil — to the 6.5″ Tour-Pak position. At 4Ω on the FLX700.4PRO's rear channels, the Tour-Pak position delivers solid fill. The DSP allows its level to be set independently of the front stage, so rear fill complements rather than competes with the horn coaxial front stage.
- HDTSLINKv2 T-harness with Maestro AR compatibility — the HDTSLINKv2 routes amplified signal to the FLX700.4PRO from a single T-junction at the head unit, maintaining factory wiring and Maestro AR compatibility. The correct integration for Ultra-spec models — no separate front and rear input harnesses required.
- 6 AWG wiring — correctly sized for the FLX700.4PRO — the HDPG6K 6 AWG power and ground kit handles the higher current draw of the FLX700.4PRO. Running 8 AWG on a 700W amplifier introduces resistance and voltage drop under sustained load. The 6 AWG kit is correctly sized and avoids the need for a second wiring run.
Road Glide or Street Glide?
The amplifier, speakers, T-harness, and wiring are identical in both variants. What differs is the model-specific mounting hardware. The Road Glide variant includes the 14HDAR-RG amplifier rack and CHDRGG kidney grilles. The Street Glide variant includes the 14HDAR-SG amplifier rack and CHDSGG batwing grilles. The Tour-Pak rear stage is the same in both.
Harness Configuration — T-Harness for Ultra and Tour-Pak Builds
The 14FLXPCHCXX-4X4U uses the HDTSLINKv2 T-harness rather than individual Molex® front/rear harnesses. This is the correct integration for Ultra-spec Touring models and Tour-Pak configurations with Maestro AR requirements. If you are unsure which integration approach applies to your build, contact Motorcycle Audio Australia before ordering.
This System Requires a Radio Flash
Before installing any amplified audio upgrade on a 2014–2023 Harley-Davidson® Touring model, the factory Infotainment radio needs to be flashed. Stock firmware applies EQ curves, dynamic compression, and output limiting that remain active after the amplifier is installed — without a flash, the DSP tuning capability of the FLX700.4PRO cannot be fully realised. A radio flash takes approximately 30 minutes and costs roughly $150–$300 AUD (TechnoResearch or any authorised Harley-Davidson® dealer).
The Bottom Line
The Level 3 PRO Tour-Pak complete system — FLX700.4PRO DSP amplifier, CH65.2C horn coaxials at the fairing, CXX65.4 Pro Coaxials in the Tour-Pak lid, HDTSLINKv2 T-harness, 6 AWG wiring, model-specific rack, and branded grilles. Built for Electra Glide Ultra, Ultra Limited, and Tour-Pak builds. Select Road Glide or Street Glide above. For the Tour-Pak kit without DSP, see the 14FLXCXX-4X4U.

The FLX700.4PRO — DSP Amplifier
The FLX700.4PRO is a 4-channel Class-D amplifier with an integrated DSP processor. At 175W RMS per channel into 2Ω, it drives the CH65.2C front pair at rated output. The DSP processor adds independent control over output level, parametric EQ, and crossover frequency for front and rear channel pairs — the ability to tune the Tour-Pak fill independently of the horn coaxial front stage matters in a system where the two speaker positions have different enclosure volumes and different tonal characters. On the road: the FLX700.4PRO provides the headroom to push the CH65.2C horn coaxials against highway noise without clipping, and the DSP allows the system to be dialled in for the actual riding environment rather than set-and-forget at flat response.
The CH65.2C Horn Coaxial Speakers
The CH65.2C uses a horn-loaded tweeter — the high-frequency driver sits at the throat of a small horn that concentrates and directs the treble output forward toward the rider. Standard dome tweeters radiate in a wide hemisphere; the horn narrows that dispersion and adds efficiency in the process. At 2Ω, the CH65.2C is the correct front-channel load for the FLX700.4PRO. On the road: the difference is in vocal presence and high-frequency intelligibility at speed — where a dome tweeter starts to scatter into the airstream and lose definition, the horn-loaded design continues to project directly into the listening position. At 120km/h, that difference is audible.
The CXX65.4 Tour-Pak Rear Speakers
The CXX65.4 is the 4Ω version of Cicada Audio's CXX Pro Coaxial — carbon matrix cone, high-sensitivity voice coil. In the Tour-Pak lid position, the 4Ω rating works with the FLX700.4PRO's rear channels. The DSP allows the rear level to be trimmed relative to the front stage so Tour-Pak fill adds depth without overpowering the horn coaxials. On the road: the CXX65.4 in the Tour-Pak provides genuine rear fill that passengers and pillion riders can hear, and the DSP-controlled level balance means the system sounds coherent front-to-rear rather than two disconnected stages.
Why 6 AWG Wiring
The HDPG6K 6 AWG power and ground kit is matched to the FLX700.4PRO's current draw. A 700W Class-D amplifier at sustained output draws significantly more current than a 500W design — running 8 AWG introduces resistance that shows up as voltage drop across the amp's power rails and reduces available headroom. The 6 AWG kit eliminates that limitation. On the road: stable voltage rail means consistent output ceiling — the amplifier delivers what the DSP settings ask for, without dynamic compression from an undersized power wire.
Radio Flash — Required Before Installation
The 2014–2023 Harley-Davidson® Infotainment radio ships from the factory with firmware that applies EQ curves, dynamic compression, and output limiting. None of this is removed when you add an amplifier — and with a DSP amplifier, the radio's processing stacks on top of the DSP settings, defeating the purpose of tuning. The flash removes factory processing and lets the FLX700.4PRO's DSP work from a clean signal. TechnoResearch is the most widely used service; any authorised Harley-Davidson® dealer can also perform it.
