Level 4 PRO full stage for 2024+ Harley Street Glide® – FLX1400.4PRO DSP amplifier, Carbon Matrix mid-bass with RR05T front and RR075T rear horn tweeters

The 24FLXPCM-4X8SG is the Level 4 PRO full stage kit for 2024+ Harley-Davidson® Street Glide – eight drivers across the front fairing and saddlebag lids, powered and tuned by the FLX1400.4PRO DSP amplifier at 350W × 4 at 2Ω. Front stage: a CM65.2X Carbon Matrix mid-bass pair (2Ω) with the 24CHDSGGTK-05 grille kit, which supplies the 2024+ Street Glide grilles and an RR05T tweeter pair. Rear stage: a CM69.2X 6×9″ Carbon Matrix mid-bass pair (2Ω) with an RR075T tweeter pair on the 24CHD69TB bridge, fitted to the saddlebag lids with the 24CHDLID cut-in kit. The 24HDZENHCAKIT A2B interface, HDPG4K 4 AWG power wiring, 24HDRO rear harness and 24HDAR-SG amplifier mount complete the kit.

If you want the front fairing stage only, see the 24FLXPCM-4X4SG. The Road Glide version of this kit is the 24FLXPCM-4X8RG – it uses the RR075T at both stages, because the 2024+ Road Glide grille kit is built around that tweeter. Because the FLX1400.4PRO contains its own DSP, the Zen-H (non-DSP) in the 24HDZENHCAKIT is the correct A2B interface – the Zen-H Pro is not required.

Who This Is For

The 24FLXPCM-4X8SG is for the 2024+ Street Glide rider who wants separate mid-bass and tweeter drivers in both the fairing and the saddlebag lids, powered and tuned from one high-output DSP amplifier. The FLX1400.4PRO's 350W RMS per channel at 2Ω gives the mid-bass drivers real headroom at highway output, and its DSP sets EQ, level, filtering and time alignment for the front and rear stages independently. If the lids aren't part of the plan yet, start with the 24FLXPCM-4X4SG.

What This Is Best For

  • Component drivers at both stages, one DSP amplifier – the FLX1400.4PRO's four channels drive front left, front right, rear left and rear right. On each channel the mid-bass and tweeter are split by the tweeter's supplied 7 kHz / 12 dB crossover, and the DSP shapes each stage's EQ, level, filtering and delay. On the road: the fairing and the saddlebag lids are very different acoustic spaces, and each stage can be tuned for its own.
  • CM65.2X – Carbon Matrix 6.5″ mid-bass (2Ω), front fairing – a dedicated mid-bass with no coaxial tweeter on its cone, at the 2Ω load the FLX1400.4PRO is rated into. On the road: vocals and upper bass stay controlled at the levels a full-stage system runs at.
  • 24CHDSGGTK-05 – 2024+ Street Glide grilles with RR05T tweeters – the front tweeters come inside this grille kit: two 2024+ Street Glide-specific grilles, two RR05T tweeters, two 7 kHz / 12 dB crossovers and mounting hardware. The RR05T is a 0.5″ ring radiator horn with a titanium dome and Cicada's V9™ phase plug, 99 dB sensitivity, 40W RMS and a 21.7 mm (0.85″) flush mounting depth. On the road: the phase plug widens dispersion from the compact format, so the fairing tweeter reaches both rider and pillion.
  • CM69.2X – Carbon Matrix 6×9″ mid-bass (2Ω), saddlebag lids – mounted in the 2024+ saddlebag lids with the 24CHDLID cut-in kit. On the road: the rear stage adds output and coverage for rider and pillion without asking the fairing to do all the work.
  • RR075T on the 24CHD69TB – rear tweeters – a separate RR075T pair mounts across the 6×9″ openings on the 2024+ tweeter bridge. The RR075T is a 0.75″ ring radiator horn with a 1.0″ aluminium diaphragm, 100 dB sensitivity and 50W RMS. On the road: rear high frequencies are aimed at the riders rather than at the saddlebag wall.
  • FLX1400.4PRO – 350W × 4 at 2Ω with integrated DSP – 1,400W total rated output, mounted in the inner fairing on the 24HDAR-SG and fed by 4 AWG power and ground from the HDPG4K. The 6-channel DSP is tuned over USB-C with DIALD™ Windows PC software and stores its settings on the unit. On the road: once tuned, no laptop stays connected.

Why the Front and Rear Tweeters Are Different

This kit deliberately uses two tweeter models. At the front, Cicada builds the 2024+ Street Glide grille kit around the RR05T – a 0.5″ titanium-dome ring radiator with the V9™ phase plug and a 21.7 mm flush depth, suited to the grille position. At the rear, the 24CHD69TB bridge carries the RR075T – a 0.75″ ring radiator horn with a 1.0″ aluminium diaphragm. Each is chosen for its position rather than matched to the other. Their sensitivity is within a decibel (99 dB front, 100 dB rear), and because front and rear sit on separate FLX1400.4PRO channels, the DSP's per-stage EQ and level balance the two. On the 24FLXPCM-4X8RG, by contrast, both stages use the RR075T.

DSP Is Inside the Amplifier – Zen-H Pro Not Required

This kit's amplifier includes an onboard DSP processor. EQ, filtering and time alignment are handled inside the amplifier. The 24HDZENHCAKIT uses the NAV-TV Zen-H (non-DSP), which decodes the A2B bus and delivers analogue signal to the amplifier's inputs. The Zen-H Pro is not required.

What's Inside the 24FLXPCM-4X8SG

The amplifier is the FLX1400.4PRO – Cicada Audio's high-power 4-channel Class-D DSP amplifier at 350W RMS per channel at 2Ω, with an integrated 6-channel DSP offering HP, BP and LP filters at 6–48 dB/oct, per-channel EQ and time alignment. Channels 1–2 drive the front stage and channels 3–4 the rear stage. It mounts inside the inner fairing on the 24HDAR-SG. On the road: the HDPG4K 4 AWG power and ground kit is included because the FLX1400.4PRO requires 4 AWG wiring at this output.

The front mid-bass is the CM65.2X – a 6.5″ Carbon Matrix cone mid-bass at 2Ω. The front tweeter is the RR05T, supplied inside the 24CHDSGGTK-05 grille kit for the 2024+ Street Glide fairing: a 0.5″ titanium dome in a ring radiator horn with a 0.75″ (19 mm) voice coil and V9™ phase plug, rated at 40W RMS / 80W peak, 99 dB sensitivity and 3–20 kHz (±3 dB). On the road: the V9™ phase plug broadens the coverage pattern beyond the horn's nominal geometry, so the tweeter still reaches the listener when a helmet isn't on its axis.

The rear mid-bass is the CM69.2X – a 6×9″ Carbon Matrix cone mid-bass at 2Ω, mounted in the saddlebag lids with the 24CHDLID cut-in kit. The rear tweeter is a separate RR075T pair on the 24CHD69TB bridge: a 0.75″ ring radiator horn with a 1.0″ aluminium diaphragm and high-temperature voice coil, rated at 50W RMS / 100W peak, 100 dB sensitivity and 2–20 kHz (±5 dB). On the road: the bridge positions the RR075T within the 2024+ lid so its output is directed toward the riders.

The A2B interface is the 24HDZENHCAKIT – the NAV-TV Zen-H decoder with a Cicada direct-connect harness. The 24HDRO rear output harness routes signal to the saddlebag lids.

How Eight Drivers Run on Four Channels

Each FLX1400.4PRO channel feeds one side of one stage: a mid-bass and a tweeter together. The tweeter's supplied 7 kHz / 12 dB passive crossover – included in the 24CHDSGGTK-05 at the front and with the RR075T pair at the rear – keeps low frequencies out of it, while the DSP shapes what each stage receives. Music energy above 7 kHz is a small share of total programme power, so a tweeter on a 350W channel sees far less than the channel's rating; set gains with the RR05T's 40W RMS and the RR075T's 50W RMS ratings in mind all the same. On the road: one amplifier and one tuning session cover both stages, with front and rear each dialled in for where they sit on the bike.

Why 2023.5+ Harley Touring Bikes Require an A2B Interface

From the 2023.5 model year, Harley-Davidson moved audio signal routing onto a digital A2B (Automotive Audio Bus) network as part of the Skyline OS platform. This means there is no usable analogue signal accessible from the factory system – any signal tapped downstream has already been equalised and dynamically processed for OEM speakers, making it unsuitable as a clean source for an aftermarket amplifier or DSP.

The ZEN-H (and ZEN-H PRO) communicate directly with the factory digital bus and extract an unprocessed, full-range signal for the amplifier stage. On Skyline-equipped bikes, this interface is not optional – it is the foundation the rest of the system builds from. Read the full technical explanation →
