Complete Level 3 PRO horn coaxial system for 2014–2023 Harley Touring — FLX700.4PRO DSP amplifier, CH65.2C fairing, CH69.2W saddlebag lids

The Cicada Audio 14FLXPCH-4X4 is the Level 3 PRO complete front-and-rear audio upgrade for 2014–2023 Harley-Davidson® Touring baggers. Built around the FLX700.4PRO 4-channel DSP amplifier, 2Ω CH65.2C horn coaxials at the fairing, and 2Ω CH69.2W horn coaxials in the saddlebag lids — matched horn-loaded tweeters throughout, with DSP control over both stages. Includes full four-harness Molex® integration, saddlebag lid cut-in kit, 6 AWG wiring, model-specific rack, and branded grilles. Select Road Glide or Street Glide at checkout.

The 14FLXPCH-4X4 sits above the 14FLXCH-4X4 in a single upgrade: the amplifier. The same CH65.2C front and CH69.2W rear speakers, the same complete harness and wiring topology — the difference is the FLX700.4PRO's integrated DSP processor, which allows independent level, EQ, and crossover tuning for the front and rear stages. If Tour-Pak is your rear position, see the 14FLXPCHCXX-4X4U.

Who This Is For

Riders on 2014–2023 Harley-Davidson® Touring baggers who want the complete horn coaxial front-and-rear system with DSP tuning — the ability to set front and rear output levels, EQ curves, and crossover points independently after installation. The speaker complement is identical to the 14FLXCH-4X4; the FLX700.4PRO adds DSP to that hardware. For front-only with DSP, see the 14FLXPCH-4X2.

What This Is Best For

  • FLX700.4PRO — DSP over both stages — the FLX700.4PRO adds a full DSP processor to 175W × 4 into 2Ω. Independent control over front and rear channel pairs — set the CH65.2C fairing stage and CH69.2W saddlebag stage separately. Adjust rear fill level relative to the front stage, set high-pass crossover to protect the horn coaxials, and tune for your riding environment. The DSP is the only difference between this kit and the 14FLXCH-4X4.
  • CH65.2C and CH69.2W — horn coaxials front and rear at 2Ω — the CH65.2C at the fairing and CH69.2W in the saddlebag lids run matched horn-loaded tweeters throughout. Both at 2Ω, both at the FLX700.4PRO's rated 175W. Consistent tonal character front-to-rear, and DSP to balance the two stages for your specific bike and riding position. On the road: with DSP behind it, the front-to-rear balance can be set and saved — not guessed. The CH series at highway speed with a tuned DSP stage is as close to a studio monitoring setup as a motorcycle kit gets.
  • 6 AWG wiring — correctly sized for 700W PRO — the HDPG6K is correctly matched to the FLX700.4PRO. Running 8 AWG on this amplifier introduces resistance and voltage drop under sustained load; the 6 AWG kit eliminates that from the start.
  • Complete install — every component included — amplifier, front speakers, rear speakers, saddlebag lid cut-in kit, 6 AWG power wiring, four Molex® harnesses, model-specific amplifier rack, and branded grilles.

Road Glide or Street Glide?

The amplifier, speakers, wiring, harnesses, and saddlebag lid kit are identical in both variants. What differs is the model-specific mounting hardware. The Road Glide variant includes the 14HDAR-RG rack and CHDRGG kidney grilles. The Street Glide variant includes the 14HDAR-SG rack and CHDSGG batwing grilles.

This System Requires a Radio Flash

Before installing any amplified audio upgrade on a 2014–2023 Harley-Davidson® Touring model, the factory Infotainment radio needs to be flashed. With a DSP amplifier, factory processing stacks on top of your DSP settings — a flash removes factory EQ and limiting so the FLX700.4PRO works from a clean signal. Approximately 30 minutes and $150–$300 AUD (TechnoResearch or any authorised Harley-Davidson® dealer).

The Bottom Line

The Level 3 PRO complete system — FLX700.4PRO DSP amplifier, CH65.2C horn coaxials at the fairing, CH69.2W horn coaxials in the saddlebag lids, 6 AWG wiring, full harness set, lid kit, rack, and grilles. Select Road Glide or Street Glide above. For the same hardware without DSP, see the 14FLXCH-4X4.

The FLX700.4PRO Amplifier

The FLX700.4PRO delivers 175W RMS per channel into 2Ω with an integrated DSP processor. Front and rear channel pairs can be tuned independently — output level, parametric EQ, and crossover frequency — so the CH65.2C fairing stage and CH69.2W saddlebag stage are balanced for the actual acoustic environment of your specific bike. On the road: DSP at both stages means the front-to-rear balance can be set to suit your riding position — whether you want the front to carry and the rear to fill, or a more even split. Without DSP, that balance is set by the amplifier's fixed gain structure.

The CH65.2C and CH69.2W Horn Coaxials

Both the CH65.2C and the CH69.2W use horn-loaded tweeters at 2Ω — matched in character, matched in load, matched to the FLX700.4PRO at 175W per channel. Running the same tweeter design front-to-rear produces a consistent tonal signature across the bike. On the road: coherent front-to-rear horn projection with DSP balance control — the CH69.2W in the saddlebag lids sounds like an extension of the CH65.2C fairing stage, not a separate system behind you.
