Speakers for the Redesigned 2024 and Newer Harley-Davidson Road Glide®
Road Glide speakers in this collection are intended for compatible positions on the redesigned 2024 and newer Road Glide® platform. Factory speaker sizes on this generation are not the same across the range — a standard Road Glide and a CVO Road Glide leave the factory with different drivers in the same fairing. Check the fitment information on each product, and if you are unsure of your bike's audio package, tell us the exact model.
First — are you actually on the redesigned Skyline OS platform?
The reliable tell is the screen, not the model year. A 12.3 inch Skyline OS display means the redesigned platform. A 6.5 inch Boom! Box GTS display means the earlier platform, even on a 2024 bike — some 2024 full-dressers and the trikes carried over on Boom! Box. The first Skyline Road Glide was the 2023½ CVO Road Glide. If your bike is on Boom! Box GTS, shop the 2015 to 2023 Road Glide speakers instead.
Three different things — and only one of them answers "what size speaker do I buy?"
- The factory driver size. On this generation it varies by trim. A standard Road Glide runs two 5.25 inch fairing speakers and no factory rear speakers. CVO and Limited models run 6.5 inch.
- The factory mounting architecture. The redesigned fairing, speaker enclosures, saddlebag lids and installation hardware differ from the 2015 to 2023 platform even where the nominal size matches, so 2015 to 2023 fitment should not be assumed.
- The upgrade size that fits that architecture. Only speakers or installation kits specifically confirmed for the redesigned fairing should be treated as direct fit.
Because these three come apart on this platform more than on any earlier one, we do not publish a single size for "the 2024 and newer Road Glide". Match your trim in the table below.

For 2023½ and 2024 models we do not publish a per-model breakdown here, because Harley's own model-year documentation for that transition is inconsistent. Saddlebag speakers on this generation
Where a factory saddlebag speaker is fitted — the CVO Road Glide, for example — the factory driver is 5x7 inch, not 6x9. The redesigned lids are the reason 6x9 comes up at all: Harley's own model-specific Stage III 6x9 accessory fits the original opening on these later lids, which was not true of the 2015 to 2023 generation. So on this platform 6x9 is an upgrade that fits the factory architecture, not the factory driver size. A standard Road Glide has no factory rear speaker at all.
Adding an amplifier
A confirmed direct-fit speaker swap that keeps the factory amplification does not need a digital-audio interface. Adding an external amplifier or DSP normally does — a compatible A2B interface such as the NAV-TV ZEN-H or the Volunteer Audio SeirenHD HD-A2B, with the correct harness, is one option among several. The exact interface and wiring depend on your model and factory audio package, so tell us your build and we will confirm the path.

What size speakers does the 2024 and newer Road Glide use?
It depends on the trim, and this is the single most common mistake on this platform. A standard Road Glide runs two 5.25 inch fairing speakers and no factory rear speakers. CVO Road Glide, CVO Road Glide ST, CVO Road Glide RR and the 2026 Road Glide Limited run 6.5 inch. Nominal size alone does not confirm bolt pattern, depth, connector or enclosure fit either, so confirm the exact speaker or kit for the redesigned platform.
Do my 2015 to 2023 Road Glide speakers fit the 2024 and newer bike?
Do not assume so. Two separate things have to line up. First the size: a standard 2024 and newer Road Glide is 5.25 inch, so a 6.5 inch speaker bought for an earlier bike is the wrong size for it in the first place. Second the architecture: even where the nominal size matches, the redesigned fairing, enclosures, saddlebag lids and mounting hardware differ, so an older 6.5 inch speaker is not a guaranteed direct fit into a 6.5 inch CVO or Limited fairing. Use a speaker or kit specifically confirmed for the redesigned fairing.
Does my bike have a factory rear speaker position?
Only on some models. The CVO Road Glide uses 5x7 inch saddlebag lid speakers, and the 2026 Road Glide Limited uses 6.5 inch rear speakers in dedicated Tour-Pak pods. A standard Road Glide, a CVO Road Glide ST and a CVO Road Glide RR have no factory rear speaker position at all.
Can I add an amplifier to a 2024 and newer Road Glide?
Yes. If you are only replacing speakers and keeping the factory amplification, a confirmed direct-fit speaker needs no interface.
